01 Introduction

StarWave Entertainment is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all users, partners, artists, and attendees. This policy outlines what is permitted when accessing, streaming, distributing, or participating in StarWave-produced content, platforms, and events, as well as conduct that is strictly prohibited.

By engaging with any StarWave service, platform, or property, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension, termination of access, or legal action.

02 Permitted Use

The following activities are expressly permitted, provided they comply with applicable laws and StarWave's terms of service:

Content Streaming & Viewing

  • Streaming StarWave content on personal devices via authorized accounts
  • Creating personal playlists, watchlists, and offline downloads (where enabled)
  • Using built-in accessibility features (closed captions, audio description, playback speed controls)

Partner & Affiliate Use

  • Authorized promotional sharing using official affiliate links and tracking parameters
  • Displaying approved logos, press kits, and promotional assets per brand guidelines
  • Co-marketing campaigns pre-approved in writing by StarWave Marketing

Educational & Fair Use

  • Short clips for academic, journalistic, or critical commentary under applicable fair use doctrines
  • Research purposes with proper attribution and non-commercial intent

Note: Fair use does not grant exclusive rights. All educational and critical uses must include clear attribution to StarWave Entertainment and must not imply endorsement.

03 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, or venue removal:

Unauthorized Distribution & Piracy

  • Downloading, streaming, or sharing content via unauthorized platforms or file-sharing networks
  • Circumventing DRM, watermark removal, or bypassing access controls
  • Screen recording, live streaming, or broadcasting paid content without written permission

Infringement & Copyright Violations

  • Claiming ownership of StarWave content, trademarks, or intellectual property
  • Creating derivative works for commercial use without licensing
  • Using StarWave branding in misleading or deceptive promotions

Harmful or Disruptive Behavior

  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination against staff, artists, or other users
  • Disrupting live events, premieres, or studio operations
  • Posting malicious content, spam, or phishing materials on StarWave channels

Data Privacy & Security Violations

  • Attempting to access, scrape, or breach user databases or internal systems
  • Sharing, selling, or misusing personal data collected through StarWave services
  • Using automated bots for ticketing, merch, or account creation

Impersonation & Fraud

  • Pretending to be a StarWave employee, partner, or verified artist
  • Creating fake accounts, fan pages, or merchandise stores under the StarWave name

04 Content Rights & Licensing

All film, television, music, animation, and digital content produced or distributed by StarWave Entertainment is protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

For licensing inquiries, commercial use, syndication, or partnership opportunities, please submit a formal request through our official licensing portal. All approved licenses are issued with specific terms regarding territory, duration, medium, and revenue sharing.

StarWave reserves the right to revoke licenses at any time if terms are violated or content is used in a manner that damages the brand or violates ethical standards.

05 Live Events & Physical Venues

StarWave-hosted events, including film premieres, concerts, festivals, and corporate gatherings, are subject to additional conduct rules:

  • All attendees must present valid ticketing or invitation credentials
  • Professional recording equipment requires prior accreditation approval
  • Re-entry is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by event security
  • Alcohol, weapons, drones, and outside food/beverage may be restricted per venue policy

Security personnel reserve the right to deny entry, confiscate unauthorized items, or remove individuals exhibiting disruptive behavior. Local law enforcement may be contacted for serious violations.

06 Digital & Online Conduct

StarWave maintains community guidelines across all digital platforms, including social media, forums, streaming apps, and fan communities:

  • Respectful discourse is mandatory; trolling, doxxing, and coordinated harassment will result in permanent bans
  • Spoilers must be properly tagged or time-delayed per community standards
  • AI-generated deepfakes, voice clones, or manipulated media involving StarWave talent are strictly prohibited
  • User-generated content must comply with copyright and community guidelines

Moderation teams review reports 24/7. Appeals can be submitted through the official support channel, though decisions on safety violations are final.

07 Enforcement & Consequences

StarWave Entertainment enforces this policy consistently and transparently. Violations may result in:

  • Warnings: For minor or first-time infractions
  • Temporary Suspension: 7–30 days for repeated or moderate violations
  • Permanent Termination: For piracy, harassment, fraud, or severe breaches
  • Legal Action: Copyright infringement, data theft, or threats may be escalated to legal counsel and law enforcement

StarWave reserves the right to adjust enforcement measures based on severity, intent, and impact. No refunds or compensation will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
