Submission Guidelines

We welcome diverse creative formats. Ensure your content falls into one of these official categories:

  • Video Reactions & Reviews (Max 5 mins, clear audio, original commentary)
  • Fan Art & Illustrations (High-res PNG/JPG, credit original IP, no NSFW)
  • Cosplay & Costumes (Photoshoots, short clips, behind-the-scenes process)
  • Edits & AMVs (Music sync, clear transitions, original editing credits)
  • Live Stream Highlights (Clips under 3 mins, no copyrighted overlays)

To keep StarWave community safe and professional, all submissions must follow:

  • Content must be 100% original or properly licensed/credited
  • No hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or harmful misinformation
  • Explicit, violent, or sexually suggestive material is strictly prohibited
  • Watermarks from third-party apps must be removed unless they are your own brand
  • By submitting, you grant StarWave Entertainment a non-exclusive license to display and promote your work
