⚖️ Waiver & Liability Release

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I acknowledge that outdoor adventure activities inherently involve physical and mental risks, including but not limited to: falls, fractures, sprains, dehydration, exposure to extreme weather, wildlife encounters, equipment failure, transportation accidents, and other unforeseen hazards. I understand that SummitX Adventures cannot guarantee absolute safety and that participation is entirely voluntary.

2. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with this adventure activity. I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating, and that I will follow all instructions provided by SummitX guides and staff at all times.

3. Release & Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue SummitX Adventures, its officers, directors, employees, agents, guides, partners, affiliates, and sponsors (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in this activity.

4. Medical Consent

In the event that injury or illness occurs and I am unable to consent to emergency medical treatment, I authorize SummitX Adventures to arrange for necessary medical care and consent to all treatments. I agree to be solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

5. Photography & Media Consent

I grant SummitX Adventures permission to use photographs, videos, and audio recordings captured during the activity for promotional, educational, or archival purposes across all media platforms, without compensation.

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from my participation, failure to follow instructions, or willful misconduct.

I have read and fully understand this waiver and acknowledge the inherent risks involved in outdoor adventure activities. * I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release SummitX Adventures and its affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage. * I consent to emergency medical treatment if I am unable to do so, and accept financial responsibility for all associated costs. * I grant permission for photos/videos taken during the activity to be used by SummitX Adventures for promotional purposes.
