How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for peak season trips. For custom expeditions or group bookings, 4-6 months is ideal to ensure availability and proper planning.
What gear do I need to bring?
Each expedition comes with a detailed gear list. Generally, we provide technical equipment (ropes, crampons, etc.) and expect you to bring personal clothing, footwear, and camping basics. Check your booking confirmation for specifics.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund up to 60 days before departure. 30-59 days prior: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: non-refundable, but you can transfer to a future trip within 12 months.
