Our trips range from gentle nature walks suitable for beginners to extreme multi-day expeditions for experienced adventurers.
How experienced do I need to be to join a trip? +
We have trips for all experience levels:
  • Beginner (Easy): No prior experience needed. Great for first-time adventurers.
  • Intermediate (Medium): Some outdoor experience recommended. Moderate physical fitness required.
  • Advanced (Hard): Previous trekking/climbing experience required. High fitness level essential.
Each trip listing clearly states the required difficulty level and any prerequisites.

πŸ“… Booking & Trips
How do I book a trip? +
Booking is easy:
  1. Browse our adventures page and select your desired trip.
  2. Choose your preferred date and group size.
  3. Pay a 30% deposit to secure your spot.
  4. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.
You can also contact us to book by phone or email.
What is the minimum number of people needed for a trip? +
Most trips require a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If we don't reach the minimum, we'll notify you at least 30 days before departure and offer a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a different date.
How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for peak-season trips (June–September). Popular destinations like the Swiss Alps, Patagonia, and Iceland often sell out. For off-season or less popular trips, 1–2 months notice is usually sufficient.
Can I upgrade my trip to a private expedition? +
Absolutely! You can upgrade any group trip to a private expedition for your party. Private trips include a dedicated guide, customized itinerary, and upgraded accommodations. Additional costs apply based on group size and duration.
What is included in the trip price? +
Included: Accommodation, all meals during the trip, professional guide, park permits, group gear (tents, cooking equipment), airport transfers (where applicable), and emergency insurance.

Not included: Flights to the destination, travel insurance, personal gear, visas, and optional activities.
πŸ›‘οΈ Safety & Health
What safety measures do you have in place? +
Safety is our top priority. Every trip includes:
  • Certified first-aid trained guides on every expedition
  • Satellite communication devices in remote areas
  • Detailed risk assessments for every route
  • Pre-trip safety briefings and equipment checks
  • Comprehensive emergency evacuation insurance
  • Weather monitoring and flexible itinerary adjustments
Do I need travel insurance? +
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory. It must cover: adventure activities at altitude, emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and lost/delayed baggage. We partner with World Nomads and offer discounted group rates. Details will be sent in your pre-trip packing guide.
What if I have a medical condition or dietary restriction? +
We accommodate most medical conditions and dietary needs. When booking, please inform us of:
  • Allergies (food, environmental, medication)
  • Physical conditions or injuries
  • Dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher)
  • Medications you carry
For serious medical conditions, our medical advisor will review your case and advise on suitability.

  • Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification
  • International Mountain Leading Association (IMLA) credentials

  • Sturdy hiking boots (broken in!)
  • Waterproof jacket and pants
  • Layered clothing system (base, mid, outer)
  • 40-60L backpack
  • Sleeping bag (rated for destination temperatures)
  • Sun protection and personal toiletries
We provide group gear: tents, cooking equipment, water purification, and first aid.
Can I rent gear instead of buying? +
Yes! We offer a gear rental package that includes a sleeping bag, hiking backpack, trekking poles, and rain gear. Rental cost ranges from $150–$350 depending on the trip. Gear is delivered to your hotel before departure and picked up after.
Do you provide gear for all difficulty levels? +
For Hard difficulty trips, we provide specialized climbing gear (harnesses, helmets, crampons, ice axes) and conduct a gear fitting session before departure. All technical equipment is maintained and inspected by our gear specialists.

  • Flight recommendations with preferred airlines and routes
  • Airport pickup on arrival day (included in trip price)
  • Transfer to trailhead or start point
  • Return transfer on the last day
We also offer a flight booking add-on for $99 that includes expert route planning.
What about visas and travel documents? +

  • Visa requirements for your nationality
  • Recommended processing times
  • Passport validity requirements (minimum 6 months)
  • Any required vaccinations
We can provide a letter of invitation for visa applications upon request.
Can I extend my trip before or after? +
