From a Local Trail to Global Horizons

SummitX began in 2013 as a small weekend hiking group in the Pacific Northwest. What started as shared trail maps and trailhead meetups quickly evolved into a passion for guiding others through the world's most untouched wilderness.

Over the years, we've partnered with local communities, trained certified mountain guides, and developed sustainable expedition frameworks. Today, we operate across 5 continents, but our core philosophy remains unchanged: leave no trace, respect every ecosystem, and return home with stories that matter.

SummitX launches with 3 weekend hikes in the Cascade Range. Group size: 12 members.

Cross the 10k participant mark. Launch our mentorship program for aspiring outdoor guides.

Carbon Neutral Certification
