Trekking Preparation Guide

Expert tips to ensure your hike is safe, comfortable, and unforgettable.

🎒

Pack Light & Smart

Stick to the 10 essential items. We recommend 20-25L daypacks for multi-day treks with porter support.

🥾

Break In Your Boots

Never wear new footwear on a trek. Break them in for at least 3-4 weeks before departure to prevent blisters.

💧

Hydration & Acclimatization

Drink 3-4L daily. Our itineraries include mandatory rest days above 3,000m to prevent altitude sickness.

🌿

Leave No Trace

We practice strict LNT principles. Pack out all waste, stay on marked trails, and respect local ecosystems.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your trek.

What fitness level do I need for these treks? +

Our difficulty ratings are based on average fitness. Easy trails require basic walking ability. Medium/Hard treks recommend 30+ mins cardio 3x/week. Extreme routes require prior high-altitude experience.

Do you provide camping gear or is it lodge-based? +

We offer both options. Lodge treks include mountain huts & guesthouses. Camping treks provide premium 4-season tents, sleeping mats, and group dining setups. All gear is sanitized before use.

Can I modify the itinerary or extend my stay? +

Absolutely. We offer flexible routing and can arrange pre/post-trip accommodations, acclimatization buffers, or custom add-ons. Just message our expedition team.

What is your cancellation policy? +

Free cancellation up to 60 days before departure. 30 days notice = 50% refund. Within 30 days = credit for future trek. We recommend travel insurance for full coverage.
