Conventional milk and white chocolate often masks the origin. Ours celebrates it. We use cold-pressed, unalkalized cocoa butter and slow-roast whole milk powder to preserve delicate terroir notes.

By skipping industrial alkalization and using single-origin cacao mass, every bar delivers the complex fruit, floral, and earthy characteristics you'd expect from our dark chocolates β€” just wrapped in velvet dairy.
