Every special edition is numbered, hand-stamped, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity detailing the harvest date, bean variety, fermentation profile, and the story behind its creation.

2022How We Create Special Editions
Special editions begin with the farmers. When a particular plot yields an unusually complex micro-lot, or when weather patterns create a unique fermentation profile, we isolate those beans for a standalone release.
We also welcome collaboration. Pastry chefs, visual artists, and distillers often propose concepts that align with our terroir philosophy. Every special edition goes through 3–5 prototype cycles before we commit to a small-batch press.
Numbering is strictly limited. Once a batch sells out, the recipe and bean lot are retired. This ensures rarity, preserves quality, and makes each bar a collectible piece of our farm's story.
