Yes. For full-time agricultural and production roles, we provide a relocation package, temporary housing for the first 30 days, and full work visa sponsorship for international candidates.
Some positions require working outdoors in tropical climates, lifting moderate weights, and standing for extended periods. We provide proper safety gear, hydration stations, and flexible scheduling during peak heat hours.
We operate on a 4-day work week for office roles and rotating shift schedules for farm/production staff. All employees receive 22 days PTO, paid parental leave, and access to on-site wellness programs.
