Life happens. Our contracts include a pause clause that allows you to suspend work for up to 4 weeks without penalty. We'll secure your code, assets, and documentation, and resume where we left off when you're ready.
Is there a minimum commitment for retainers?
Yes, our standard retainer requires a minimum 3-month initial term. After that, it transitions to a month-to-month arrangement with a 30-day notice period for cancellation. This ensures stability while giving you flexibility.
Do you offer payment plans for longer projects?
For Project-Based engagements, we typically structure payments in milestones (e.g., 30% kickoff, 30% mid-point, 40% launch). For larger contracts, we can discuss customized payment schedules that align with your cash flow.
What support is included post-launch?
All Sprint and Project engagements include 30 days of complimentary post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Extended maintenance and support can be added via a monthly retainer or support package.
