1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to That Is A Q's Licensing & Usage Rights page. This document governs how you may access, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit our digital products, including but not limited to UI/UX templates, code libraries, design systems, and software components. By downloading, installing, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. License Tiers

We offer three primary license tiers to accommodate different use cases and team sizes. Please review the comparison below to determine which license aligns with your project requirements.

3. Permitted Usage

Under any active license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• Install, run, and modify the source code for internal or client projects as permitted by your tier.
• Compile, distribute, and deploy compiled versions of our software as part of a larger product.
• Use design assets and UI components in marketing materials, portfolios, and case studies.
• Receive automatic updates and bug fixes for the duration of your license term.

4. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

To protect our intellectual property and ensure fair usage, the following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from That Is A Q:

• Standalone Resale: You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense our products as standalone items, plugins, or templates.
• AI/ML Training: Our codebases, design files, and proprietary assets may not be used to train machine learning models or generative AI systems without an explicit Enterprise Data License.
• Competing Products: You may not use our assets to create a direct competitor to That Is A Q's core offerings or a product marketed under our brand name.
• License Sharing: Sharing your license key across multiple teams, organizations, or freelance clients violates our terms and will result in immediate termination of access.

5. Updates, Modifications & Termination

That Is A Q reserves the right to modify this licensing agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Licenses may be terminated immediately if a breach of these terms is detected. Upon termination, all rights granted herein cease, and you must destroy or return all copies of our proprietary materials. Refunds are generally not provided for licenses that have been activated or downloaded, except where required by local consumer protection laws.
