How quickly can we start after signing?
Most projects kick off within 3–5 business days of contract execution and NDA signing. We schedule a technical onboarding call and set up all project spaces within 48 hours.
What if we're missing some assets or data?
No problem. We use placeholders and iterative design to keep momentum going. Your PM will coordinate with your team to gather missing pieces during Sprint 1 without blocking development.
How are changes and revisions handled?
Changes are tracked via our project board. Minor tweaks within approved scope are handled in the next sprint. Scope expansions are reviewed, quoted, and scheduled transparently with your approval.
Do we get full ownership of the code and designs?
Yes. Upon final payment and launch, you receive complete ownership of all source code, design files, documentation, and deployment credentials. IP transfer is contractually guaranteed.
