Lead Carpenter

Full-Time Springfield, IL $28-$35/hr

We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee residential and commercial projects on-site.

Requirements: 8+ years experience, journeyman license preferred, ability to read blueprints, strong leadership skills.
Duties: Manage crew, ensure quality control, coordinate with architects/contractors, maintain safety standards.
Bonus: Experience with custom millwork and high-end finish carpentry.

Cabinet Installer

Full-Time Springfield, IL $24-$30/hr

Seeking a detail-oriented cabinet installer with precision skills for kitchen and bathroom projects.

Requirements: 5+ years installing custom cabinets, expert leveling skills, clean work habits.
Duties: Install cabinetry, countertops coordination, hardware installation, client communication.
Bonus: Experience with European-style frameless cabinets.

Framing Carpenter

Full-Time Springfield, IL $22-$28/hr

Join our framing crew for new construction and renovation projects.

Requirements: 3+ years framing experience, knowledge of local building codes, physical stamina.
Duties: Rough and finish framing, deck construction, structural repairs, job site cleanup.
Bonus: OSHA 30 certification.

Carpentry Apprentice

Full-Time Springfield, IL $16-$20/hr

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, strong work ethic, willingness to learn.
Duties: Assist lead carpenters, material preparation, basic construction tasks, site maintenance.

Project Coordinator

Full-Time Office-Based $55k-$65k/yr

Help us manage our growing portfolio of projects from the office.

Requirements: 2+ years in construction administration or related field, strong organizational skills, proficiency with project management software.
Duties: Schedule coordination, vendor communication, material ordering, client updates, documentation.
Bonus: Basic carpentry knowledge is a plus but not required.
