TimberCraft Pro provides professional carpentry contracting, including custom cabinetry, structural framing, deck construction, interior trim, and commercial millwork. All estimates are valid for 30 days and based on the scope provided at the time of consultation. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, material availability, or client-requested changes significantly alter the original scope.
Payment schedules are outlined in your signed project agreement. A deposit is typically required to secure scheduling and order materials. Subsequent payments are due upon agreed milestones. Any modifications to the original scope must be documented in a written change order and approved by both parties before work proceeds. Unapproved changes may impact timeline and cost.
We stand behind our work with a standard craftsmanship warranty covering defects in labor and materials under normal residential/commercial use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, environmental factors, or unauthorized alterations. TimberCraft Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays or service interruptions.
All custom designs, technical drawings, and project documentation created by TimberCraft Pro remain our intellectual property until final payment is received in full. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use project-specific designs for the intended property. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our design templates without written consent is strictly prohibited.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from our contracting services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
