What insurance coverage is required?

All subcontractors must carry General Liability insurance with a minimum of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate. Workers' Compensation is required if you have employees. TimberCraft Pro may also require to be named as additional insured.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to review all applications within 5 business days. If you're a strong match for our current project needs, you may receive a call sooner to schedule an interview.

Do you provide materials?

It depends on the project scope and contract type. For some projects, we provide all materials. For others, we may provide major materials while subcontractors handle consumables and fasteners. This will be clarified during the project scoping phase.

What is the payment schedule?

We operate on Net 15 payment terms from invoice approval. We process payments promptly and require proper invoicing with lien waivers and completed work documentation.
