Navigate to Client Portal > Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. You can downgrade, pause, or cancel anytime. Refunds are prorated based on unused days. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

All personal and health information is encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 standards. We are HIPAA and GDPR compliant. Data is never sold to third parties. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time via the Privacy Dashboard.

You may reschedule any session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Missing a session without notice may count as a used session depending on your plan. Recurring sessions can be auto-cancelled in your portal.

Ensure you're on the latest app version and have stable internet. Try signing out and back in, or clear the app cache. If the issue persists, verify device permissions for background sync and notifications. Submit a ticket with your device model if unresolved.
