Processing Time & Confirmation
All opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days. You will receive a written confirmation once your request has been completed. Please note that transactional messages (booking confirmations, itinerary changes, customer service follow-ups) are exempt from opt-out requests as they are necessary for service fulfillment.

State-Specific Do Not Call Lists
VoyageLux complies with all state-level Do Not Call registries. If your number is listed on a state DNC database, it will automatically be screened and excluded from our marketing outreach. You can register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov.

While we do not share your data for their marketing purposes, you may also contact these providers directly to opt out of their communications.
