1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or making a reservation through VoyageLux Travel & Hospitality ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VoyageLux regarding your use of our website, booking platform, and associated travel services.

2 Definitions

• "Client" or "You": Any individual or entity booking travel services through our platform.
• "Supplier": Third-party providers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.
• "Booking": A confirmed reservation secured through our platform or concierge service.
• "Itinerary": The detailed schedule of travel arrangements, accommodations, and activities.
• "Effective Date": The date these terms take effect or are last updated.

3 Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant Supplier. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email and itinerary from VoyageLux.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these terms, or unavailability of services.

4 Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds

Cancellation and modification policies vary by booking type, destination, and Supplier terms. Standard policies include:

• Free Cancellation: Available up to 14 days prior to departure for eligible bookings (where advertised).
• Standard Cancellation: A non-refundable administrative fee of 15% applies within 14–7 days of departure.
• Late Cancellation: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of departure unless covered by travel insurance.

Modifications to dates, passenger names, or itineraries are subject to Supplier approval and may incur additional fees or fare differences. All refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

5 Liability & Travel Risks

Travel inherently involves risks, including but not limited to weather disruptions, political instability, health emergencies, and changes in local regulations. VoyageLux acts as an agent and facilitator; we do not control the services provided by Suppliers.

We are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or routing changes made by airlines or transportation providers.
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel.
• Health-related incidents or the need for medical evacuation.
• Changes in visa requirements, entry restrictions, or local laws.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. Insurance policies are provided by third-party insurers and are subject to their own terms.

6 User Responsibilities & Conduct

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and payment information.
• Comply with all local laws, customs, and regulations at your destination.
• Present valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination records) as required.
• Refrain from illegal activities or behavior that disrupts travel services or endangers others.
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information or travel plans.

We reserve the right to terminate bookings and withhold services if these responsibilities are breached.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount. Personal data collected during booking, account creation, or communications is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.

Data may be shared with Suppliers solely to facilitate your travel arrangements. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information. You retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the VoyageLux platform, including text, imagery, logos, itineraries, branding, and software code, is the exclusive property of VoyageLux Travel & Hospitality or its licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Limited use is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. Trademarks and service marks may not be used without prior written consent.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your bookings shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class action lawsuits and jury trials are expressly waived to the extent permitted by law.

10 Amendments to Terms

VoyageLux reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes affecting active bookings, we will provide reasonable notice via email or platform notification.
