1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Wp Admin. This agreement governs your access to and use of our WordPress administration, maintenance, and management platform. By creating an account, accessing our dashboard, or utilizing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

Wp Admin provides comprehensive WordPress management solutions including automated updates, security monitoring, performance optimization, backup management, staging environments, and technical support. Service inclusions, response times, and support channels are determined by your selected subscription tier and will be clearly outlined in your plan documentation.

3. User Obligations & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, current, and complete account and billing information
• Provide secure, properly configured WordPress installations meeting our technical requirements
• Notify Wp Admin promptly of any suspected unauthorized access, security breaches, or data leaks
• Ensure all website content complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and community standards
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All proprietary software, management tools, methodologies, documentation, branding, and interfaces provided by Wp Admin remain the exclusive property of Wp Admin and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these tools solely for managing your authorized WordPress installations in accordance with this agreement.

5. Data Processing & Privacy

We collect and process technical data, site credentials, backup files, performance metrics, and support communications necessary to deliver our services. We employ industry-standard encryption, access controls, and security protocols to safeguard your information. Our detailed Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement govern how we collect, use, store, and share your data.

6. Service Availability & Limitations

While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target for our management dashboard, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service for your WordPress site(s) as performance depends on your hosting infrastructure, third-party APIs, server configurations, and external dependencies. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email or dashboard notifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wp Admin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination & Data Retrieval

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have a 14-day grace period to download your data, backups, and logs. Access to our management platform, APIs, and support channels will be permanently revoked upon account cancellation, non-payment, or material breach of these terms.

9. Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via registered email or in-app notification at least 30 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of our services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules, waiving any right to participate in class action proceedings.
