We recognize and protect the intellectual property of our clients. As a managed WordPress service provider:

  • Clients retain full ownership of their website content, custom themes, plugins, images, and data.
  • Wp Admin receives only the limited licenses necessary to perform maintenance, optimization, and security services.
  • Confidential client assets are stored securely and are never repurposed or shared with third parties.
  • Upon termination of service, all client IP and data will be returned or securely deleted per the client's directive.

4. Third-Party & Open Source Software

Our services rely on WordPress core, open-source plugins, themes, and third-party libraries. We strictly comply with all applicable licenses, including GPL, MIT, Apache, and BSD. We maintain an internal compliance registry and ensure all dependencies are up-to-date and properly attributed.

If you believe a third-party component used in our services violates licensing terms, please notify our compliance team with specific details for immediate review.

5. Reporting Infringement

We take intellectual property infringement seriously. If you believe your copyrighted or trademarked work has been infringed upon on our platform or services, please submit a detailed notice including:

  • A description of the copyrighted/trademarked work you claim has been infringed
  • The exact URL or location of the infringing material
  • Your contact information (email, phone, or address)
  • A statement of good faith that you have a right to use or control the material
  • A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder

6. Policy Enforcement & Takedowns

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, Wp Admin will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Counter-notifications from users who believe material was removed in error will be reviewed within 10-14 business days. Restored content may be subject to legal review.
