Our commitment to protecting creative innovation, software licensing compliance, and open-source integrity while respecting third-party rights.

Overview

Wp Admin respects intellectual property rights and expects its clients, partners, and users to do the same. This document outlines our policies regarding trademarks, copyrights, open-source software compliance, and third-party asset usage across all services we provide.

Our mission is to operate transparently, comply with all licensing agreements, and protect both our proprietary innovations and the open-source ecosystem that powers WordPress.

Trademarks & Branding

The following marks are owned exclusively by Wp Admin and its subsidiaries:

  • Wp Admin and the stylized "W" logo
  • WpAdmin Dashboard, WPShield, and SpeedPulse (product names)
  • All proprietary documentation, branding guidelines, and marketing materials

Unauthorized use of our trademarks in domain names, product naming, marketing, or reverse domain name hijacking is strictly prohibited. Permission to use our trademarks in academic, journalistic, or fair-use contexts requires prior written consent.

Copyrights & Proprietary Code

All original software, automation scripts, monitoring frameworks, custom dashboard interfaces, and technical documentation created by Wp Admin are protected under international copyright laws.

© 2025 Wp Admin Technologies Inc.
All rights reserved.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or decompilation is prohibited. License terms apply.

Our proprietary management agents, security scanners, and performance optimization modules are distributed under restricted commercial licenses. Reverse engineering or circumvention of technical protection measures violates our terms of service and applicable law.

Open Source & GPL Compliance

Wp Admin is a strong advocate for the open-source community. We rely heavily on the WordPress project, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (or later).

Our Commitments:

  1. We honor GPL v2+ requirements for all WordPress core interactions and distributed derivatives.
  2. We clearly attribute upstream open-source projects used in our tooling.
  3. We contribute bug fixes and improvements back to the WordPress ecosystem where applicable.
  4. We never dual-license GPL-covered code in violation of copyleft terms.

Custom plugins and themes developed exclusively for clients may be licensed separately, but will always comply with WordPress licensing guidelines and clearly separate proprietary extensions from GPL-covered code.

Third-Party Assets & Plugins

When managing client websites, Wp Admin only implements third-party plugins, themes, fonts, and media assets that are:

  • Properly licensed for commercial use
  • Obtained from official vendors or authorized marketplaces
  • Regularly audited for license compliance

We maintain a Third-Party License Registry documenting all commercial licenses, open-source attributions, and subscription renewals. Clients retain ownership of content they provide, while Wp Admin retains rights to reusable configuration templates and optimization frameworks.

Client Usage Rights

Upon engagement, clients receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Wp Admin's proprietary management tools and reporting dashboards solely for the purpose of maintaining their designated WordPress sites.

This license terminates upon contract cancellation. Exported data, logs, and reports remain the client's property. Proprietary scripts and agent binaries must not be redistributed or repackaged.

IP Infringement Reporting

If you believe your copyrighted work, trademark, or patent has been infringed upon by Wp Admin or a client site under our management, please submit a detailed notification including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted/trademarked work
  • Specific location or URL of the infringing material
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good faith belief
  • Authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder (if applicable)

We will review all claims promptly and take appropriate action in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international IP frameworks.
