Can I change my payment method at any time?
Yes. Log into your Client Portal under Billing > Payment Methods to add, remove, or set a new default payment source instantly. Changes apply to your next scheduled invoice.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll retry the transaction twice over 7 days. You'll receive email reminders before each attempt. If all attempts fail, services remain active for 14 days while we resolve the issue. No grace-period fees are charged.
Do you charge taxes?
Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your billing address where required by law. VAT/GST applies for EU and international clients. A valid tax ID can be provided to exempt eligible businesses.
Can I get a custom invoice for my accounting software?
Absolutely. All invoices are downloadable in PDF and CSV formats. We also support QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite integrations for automatic sync. Contact support to set up custom invoice formatting.
How do I add or remove sites from my plan?
Visit your dashboard and click "Manage Sites". Additions take effect immediately with prorated billing. Removals reduce your site count for the next cycle, and you'll receive a credit adjustment if applicable.
