We will be performing a database server upgrade to improve performance and reliability. Brief intermittent delays may occur during the maintenance window. Backups will be taken before the maintenance begins.
Some clients experienced delayed cache invalidation across certain CDN edge locations, causing outdated content to be served temporarily.
All WordPress sites managed by Wp Admin experienced delays in receiving automated email notifications including security alerts, backup confirmations, and update reports.
Scheduled backups for sites hosted in the EU-West data center failed to complete due to a storage quota limit being reached on the backup destination.
The automatic deployment of WordPress 6.7.2 caused compatibility issues with several popular plugins on managed sites. Affected sites were rolled back to the previous stable version.
A distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack targeted our US-East firewall cluster, causing intermittent latency spikes for sites in that region. Attack was successfully mitigated.
Clients using the Wp Admin REST API experienced 429 Too Many Requests errors during peak hours due to a rate-limit configuration error that was deployed earlier that morning.
Automated SSL certificate renewals failed for a subset of sites due to a DNS validation timeout. Affected sites showed mixed content warnings or browser certificate errors.
