Submission Standards

All articles, edits, and multimedia submissions must adhere to the following baseline requirements:

  • Verifiability: Every factual claim must be supported by credible, accessible primary or secondary sources.
  • Neutral Point of View: Content must represent all significant viewpoints proportionally, without editorializing or bias.
  • No Original Research: Submissions must synthesize existing published knowledge. Novel theories, unpublished data, or personal interpretations are prohibited.
  • Copyright Compliance: Only public domain, Creative Commons, or properly licensed media may be used. Text must be original or properly attributed.
  • Scope & Notability: Topics must demonstrate established notability through independent, reliable coverage in reputable publications.

Quality Criteria

Editors assess submissions against five core dimensions:

  3. Structure: Clear headings, logical flow, appropriate use of tables/diagrams, and consistent citation format.

⚠️ Automatic Rejection Triggers

Submissions containing promotional language, unverified claims, copyrighted material without permission, or evidence of AI-generated text without human verification will be declined immediately.

Revisions & Appeals

We encourage continuous improvement. Authors may resubmit revised drafts addressing editorial feedback. All major revisions follow the same review pipeline.

Appealing a Rejection

If you believe a decision was made in error, you may file an appeal within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed by an independent editorial board. You must provide:

  • A clear explanation of the disputed decision
  • Additional credible sources addressing reviewer concerns
  • Revisions that directly resolve flagged issues

Appeal outcomes are final. Repeated policy violations may result in contributor privileges being suspended.

Content Moderation

Published articles are continuously monitored. Readers can flag content for:
