Process Overview
- Automated Scanning: axe-core, Lighthouse, WAVE, and custom CI/CD pipeline checks on every production deployment.
- Manual Expert Audit: Certified auditors (IAAP CPWA/CPWAAP) evaluate color contrast, keyboard navigation, focus management, and semantic structure.
- Assistive Technology Testing: Real-world validation using JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, and screen magnifiers.
- User Testing: Quarterly sessions with participants who have diverse disabilities to validate real-world usability.
