Aevum Zenth maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption in all forms. This includes:
- Prohibition of offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or facilitation payments.
- Strict compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act, and all local anti-corruption laws.
- Mandatory due diligence on third-party agents, intermediaries, and joint venture partners.
- Accurate record-keeping and transparent financial reporting to prevent concealment of improper payments.
Violations Result in: Immediate termination, legal prosecution, and full cooperation with law enforcement.
A conflict of interest arises when personal interests improperly influence, or appear to influence, professional judgment. All employees must:
- Disclose any personal, financial, or familial relationships that could conflict with company duties.
- Refrain from engaging in outside employment or business activities that compete with Aevum Zenth.
- Avoid making decisions regarding vendors, contractors, or hires involving family members or close associates.
- Report potential conflicts to the Ethics & Compliance Office within 5 business days of identification.
Undisclosed conflicts may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Non-Retaliation Policy: We strictly prohibit retaliation against any individual who reports concerns in good faith or participates in an investigation.
Leadership Responsibility
Ethics at Aevum Zenth starts at the top. The Board of Directors and senior leadership are directly accountable for fostering an ethical culture, providing adequate resources for compliance programs, and ensuring that ethical considerations are integrated into strategic decision-making.
Board Oversight
The Ethics & Compliance Committee of the Board reviews policies, investigates significant violations, and ensures independent oversight of the Chief Ethics Officer.
Ethics Officer
The Chief Ethics Officer reports directly to the Board and has full authority to investigate concerns, halt non-compliant operations, and recommend disciplinary actions.
Training & Awareness
All employees complete mandatory ethics training annually. Division-specific modules address unique risks in aerospace, healthcare, finance, and emerging technologies.
Continuous Improvement
We regularly audit and update our ethics framework based on evolving regulations, industry best practices, and lessons learned from internal and external assessments.
