You'll receive your final designs in multiple industry-standard formats. Print designs come in PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution PNG. Web designs include SVG, PNG, and JPG formats. All source files are included. We also provide a comprehensive brand guidelines document for brand identity projects.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all projects. If you're not happy after the initial concept presentation (before revisions begin), we offer a full refund. Yes! We offer monthly design retainer packages for clients who need ongoing creative support. These include priority turnaround, a dedicated designer, and discounted hourly rates. Many of our clients start with a project and continue with a retainer for consistent brand growth. Contact us to discuss a plan that fits your needs.

Once you've started a project, you'll receive login credentials via email. The client portal allows you to track project milestones, communicate with your designer, review drafts, and download files. If you've forgotten your credentials, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page or contact our support team.
