Can I cancel a booking for free? +
Yes! You can cancel any booking for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel within 24 hours, a small convenience fee may apply depending on the service provider's policy. You can view the specific cancellation policy on every service's detail page.
How do I update my payment method? +
Go to your Account Settings, then click on "Billing & Payments". From there, you can add new cards, remove old ones, or set a preferred payment method. Changes take effect immediately for future transactions.
Is my personal data secure? +
Absolutely. BookEase uses bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant, and we never sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is stored securely in SOC 2 certified data centers.
How do I add staff to my business account? +
Navigate to the "Team" section in your business dashboard. Click "Invite Member", enter their email address, and assign a role (Admin, Manager, or Staff). They'll receive an email invitation to join your team. You can also manage their availability and services from this page.
Can I integrate BookEase with my calendar? +
Yes! BookEase supports two-way sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar. Enable sync in your Settings under "Integrations". This prevents double-booking and keeps all your schedules in one place.
What happens if a booking goes wrong? +
Our BookEase Guarantee has you covered. If a service provider no-shows or provides a significantly different service, you may be eligible for a full refund or a rebooking credit. Contact our support team with your booking ID, and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
