BookEase acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with service providers. When you make a booking through our platform:

• Pricing & Fees: All prices displayed are in USD unless otherwise stated. Service fees, taxes, and payment processing fees may apply and will be disclosed before confirmation.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Charges may be authorized immediately upon booking or at a later date depending on the provider's policy.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation policies vary by service provider. You can view the specific cancellation policy before confirming a booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the provider's stated policy.
• Modifications: Requests to modify or reschedule bookings are subject to provider availability and may incur additional fees.

4. User Conduct

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BookEase and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BookEase. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
