Our Story
BrightMinds began in 2018 when three educators—each with over a decade of classroom experience—realized that the students who needed support the most often received the least. Traditional tutoring models were rigid, one-size-fits-all, and focused heavily on test scores rather than long-term understanding.
We set out to build something different: a tutoring ecosystem that combines pedagogical research, adaptive learning technology, and human mentorship. What started as a small collective of five tutors has grown into a network of over 500 vetted educators serving students from elementary through graduate level. Yet our core philosophy remains unchanged: education is a relationship, not a transaction.

Our Approach
