How Billing Works

  • Monthly Plans: Charged on the same date each month. Your access renews automatically until canceled.
  • Pay-Per-Session: Charged immediately upon session booking or completion, depending on your selected option.
  • Invoices: A detailed PDF invoice is emailed to your registered address within 24 hours of each charge.
  • Taxes: Prices exclude applicable local taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout.

Standard Refund Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your tutoring experience. Our refund policy applies as follows:

  • 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're unsatisfied with your initial session, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or credit.
  • Unused Sessions: Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for any remaining sessions in your monthly package.
  • Test Prep Packages: Fully refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled exam date. After that, 50% credit applies.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sessions marked as "Completed" or where no-show notice was less than 24 hours.
  • Discounted promotional sessions (except under our satisfaction guarantee).
  • Custom curriculum materials or third-party software licenses purchased separately.

🚫 Cancellation & Proration

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what to expect:

  • Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial-cycle refunds are issued unless explicitly agreed upon.
  • How to Cancel: Log into your dashboard β†’ Billing β†’ Manage Subscription β†’ Cancel. No phone calls or emails required.
  • Data Retention: Your session recordings and progress reports remain accessible for 12 months post-cancellation.

❓ Payment & Billing FAQs

What happens if my payment fails? +
We will automatically retry the charge once after 48 hours. If it fails again, your account will move to a "Grace Period" where you retain access for 5 additional days to update your payment details. After that, access pauses until payment resumes.
Can I switch between monthly and pay-per-session? +
Yes. Switching is prorated. If you downgrade from monthly to pay-per-session, remaining credit is applied. If you upgrade, a one-time fee covers the rest of the current cycle.
How long do refunds take to process? +
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Do you offer payment plans for high school/college students? +
Yes, we offer a Student Income Share/Installment Plan for qualifying applicants. Students can pay over 3-6 months with 0% interest. Contact our financial aid team for an application.
