BrightMinds Tutoring Inc. complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respects the intellectual property rights of others. As a service provider, we respond expediently to claims of copyright infringement reported by copyright owners or their agents.

Our DMCA Process

  1. Receipt of Notice โ€” Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, our legal team reviews the claim for completeness and validity.
  2. Content Removal โ€” If the notice meets DMCA requirements, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  3. Notification to User โ€” We notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed and provide information about the counter-notice process.
