Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance will receive a full credit to your account. Late cancellations may be subject to our standard policy, but we always work with families on a case-by-case basis.

What is your refund and cancellation policy? +
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your first paid session, we'll issue a full refund. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime with 7 days' notice.
