After you complete enrollment, our team reviews your profile and matches you with the ideal tutor within 24 hours. In many cases, you'll receive your match the same day! You'll also receive a confirmation email with your tutor's profile and scheduling options.
Is the first session really free? +
Absolutely! Your first 60-minute session is completely free — no credit card required. It's a full tutoring session where your tutor will assess your current level, discuss your goals, and begin teaching. There's zero risk in trying it out.
Can I change my plan after enrolling? +
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply to your next billing cycle. Any unused sessions will be credited accordingly. There are no penalties for changing your plan.
What if my tutor isn't a good fit? +
No problem at all! We understand that the tutor-student relationship is crucial. If you'd like to switch tutors for any reason, just let us know and we'll assign a new tutor within 24 hours — completely free of charge. Your first session with the new tutor is also free.
How does billing work? +
For monthly plans, billing occurs on the same date each month. You won't be charged until after your free trial session. For the Starter plan, you're charged per session at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All billing is secure and encrypted.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes! You can cancel your plan at any time with 7 days' notice and no further charges will be made. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, so you won't lose access mid-month.
