How long does the application process take?+
The entire process typically takes 5-7 business days. We review applications within 48 hours, conduct interviews within 3 days, and begin onboarding immediately after acceptance. Expedited review is available for certified teachers and PhD candidates.
Do I need a teaching license to apply?+
A state teaching license is preferred but not required for most subject areas. We prioritize subject matter expertise, teaching experience, and pedagogical aptitude. Unlicensed applicants with strong academic backgrounds and tutoring experience are regularly accepted.
What technology do I need to teach?+
You'll need a reliable computer/laptop with a webcam, microphone, and stable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download). Our platform runs on Chrome/Edge/Safari. We provide free access to our digital whiteboard, scheduling system, and curriculum library.
How and when do I get paid?+
