Everything You Need to Know

From safety protocols to what to pack, we've got you covered. Contact our camp office for additional details.

What should my child bring to camp?+
A comfortable backpack, water bottle, sun hat, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and closed-toe shoes for activities. We provide all academic supplies, art materials, and lunch/snacks. A packing checklist will be emailed upon registration confirmation.
Is lunch and snacks included?+
Yes! All meal plans include a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and two daily snacks. We accommodate common dietary restrictions (nut-free, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher). Please specify allergies during registration.
What are your safety & supervision policies?+
Safety is our top priority. All staff are background-checked, CPR/First Aid certified, and trained in camp emergency protocols. We maintain strict age-appropriate staff-to-camper ratios (1:8 to 1:12), secure check-in/check-out procedures, and supervised indoor/outdoor facilities at all times.
Can my child switch camp themes mid-session?+
Theme tracks are assigned per 2-week block to ensure curriculum continuity. However, students can rotate between elective workshops (arts, coding, sports) based on availability. Changes can be requested up to 48 hours before the new block begins.
What is the cancellation & refund policy?+
Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before camp starts. 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days prior. Within 14 days, we offer credit toward future sessions or transfers to siblings. Force majeure/weather cancellations are fully refunded or rescheduled.
Do you offer virtual/hybrid camp options?+
Yes. Our Hybrid Pass allows students to attend in-person 3 days and join live virtual sessions 2 days per week. Fully virtual STEM & Academic tracks are available with live instruction, digital materials, and mailed kits shipped to your home.
