Can I switch tracks mid-summer?+
Yes, track changes can be requested up to 3 business days before a new week begins. Availability is subject to group capacity. Contact our admissions team to arrange a smooth transition.
What is the attendance policy and refund structure?+
Students must attend at least 80% of sessions to receive a completion certificate. Cancellations made 14+ days before start receive a full refund. 7–14 days before receives 50%. Less than 7 days is non-refundable but transferable to another student or fall term.
Are sessions recorded for virtual participants?+
Absolutely. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to the Student Portal within 24 hours. Students can review lectures, whiteboard work, and assignments at any time.
Do you offer sibling or scholarship discounts?+
Yes! 10% off for 2 siblings, 15% off for 3+. We also offer need-based financial aid and community scholarships. Apply through our portal or email admissions@brightminds.com for assistance.
What happens if a session is missed due to illness?+
Missed sessions can be made up via recorded content, optional Saturday catch-up sessions, or rescheduled within the same track week. Notify us at least 4 hours before session start.
