My audio or video isn't working during a session. What should I do? +
First, check your device permissions to ensure your browser has access to your camera and microphone. Try switching to a wired internet connection if you're on Wi-Fi. If the issue persists, use the in-session "Report Issue" button to alert your tutor, or switch to audio-only mode via the settings gear icon.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? +
