Can I switch plans after I've started?+

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences automatically.

What happens to unused sessions at the end of the month?+

Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month. However, you can reschedule them within the same billing period with 24 hours' notice. We recommend booking your sessions early to secure your preferred times.

Is there a long-term contract or commitment?+

Absolutely not. All plans are month-to-month with zero contracts. You can cancel anytime with 7 days' notice, and you'll have access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?+

Yes. If you're not completely satisfied with your first paid session, we offer a full refund within 48 hours. No questions asked. We're confident you'll see the difference BrightMinds makes.

Can I share a plan between multiple students?+

Plans are assigned to a single student profile for personalized tracking and reporting. For multiple students, we recommend enrolling each individually and applying our Family Discount for automatic savings.
