Overview
At CloudNexus, we are committed to transparency regarding how we handle your data and the terms under which our services are provided. This section outlines our policy change management framework — how and when we may update our policies, how you will be informed, and what rights you retain.
We believe that clear communication about policy changes is essential to maintaining trust. Our approach ensures that you are always informed about modifications that may affect your use of our services or your personal information.
We may update our policies from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. All substantive changes will be communicated at least 30 days before the effective date, with appropriate notice channels based on the change type.

- Incorporate user feedback and improve clarity of our legal documents
- Adapt to evolving technological standards and best practices
Any modifications we make will be documented with a clear description of the change, the reason for the change, and the effective date. We will not retroactively apply policy changes to conduct that occurred before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. However, we are committed to providing timely notice of any changes that may materially affect your rights or obligations.
Effective Dates
Policy changes take effect according to the following schedule based on the classification of the change:
| Change Type | Notice Period | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Material Change | 30 calendar days | New data processing practices, changes to data sharing with third parties, new categories of data collected |
| Minor Change | 14 calendar days | Clarifications to existing language, formatting updates, correction of errors, contact information updates |
| Routine Update | Effective immediately | Typographical corrections, broken link fixes, section reorganization without content changes |
Material changes will not take effect until the notice period has elapsed, unless required by law or regulatory authority. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as legally permissible.
By continuing to use our services after a policy change has become effective, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may discontinue use of our services and request account closure.
