SLA Revision: 99.999% Uptime Guarantee Expanded
Our Service Level Agreement now covers all managed database instances, Kubernetes clusters, and load balancers under the 99.999% availability tier. Previous exceptions for maintenance windows have been removed; planned maintenance now requires 72-hour notice and runs during low-traffic periods.
