CloudNexus provides cloud hosting, infrastructure, and related services to customers worldwide. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the standards of conduct, permitted activities, and prohibited uses associated with CloudNexus services. By accessing, subscribing to, or using any CloudNexus service, you agree to comply with this policy.

CloudNexus reserves the right to investigate potential AUP violations through traffic analysis, server logs, and customer reports. Enforcement actions may include:

  1. Notice: Notification of suspected violation with requested remediation steps.
  2. Temporary Suspension: Service restriction pending investigation or compliance.
  3. Termination: Immediate closure of accounts for severe or repeated violations, with forfeiture of prepaid credits.
  4. Legal Cooperation: Provision of logs and data to law enforcement when legally compelled.

CloudNexus will make reasonable efforts to notify customers before terminating services for non-emergency violations.
