1. Scope & Purpose

CloudNexus provides high-performance cloud infrastructure, virtual servers, object storage, and managed database services. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the standards and guidelines for using our network, servers, and associated services. By accessing or using CloudNexus infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this policy.

This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and Service Level Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CloudNexus infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

Note: CloudNexus reserves the right to restrict or block outbound traffic on commonly abused ports (e.g., 25 for SMTP) to maintain network integrity and deliverability reputations.

Users are solely responsible for the content hosted on CloudNexus infrastructure. You must ensure compliance with all applicable content regulations, including:

CloudNexus will cooperate with lawful takedown requests, DMCA notices, and law enforcement inquiries served through proper legal channels.

CloudNexus operates on a shared responsibility model. While we secure the underlying infrastructure, you are responsible for:

CloudNexus monitors infrastructure usage through automated systems and manual reviews. Enforcement actions may include:

8. Policy Updates & Contact

CloudNexus may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect changes in technology, security threats, or legal requirements. Substantive changes will be communicated via email and dashboard notifications at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
