The CloudNexus name, logo, product names (e.g., NexusCloud, ScaleGrid, EdgeMesh), and service marks are registered trademarks in the United States and internationally. Unauthorized use of these marks in commercial contexts, domain registrations, or public communications is strictly prohibited.

Approved Usage Guidelines:

• Use "CloudNexus" only as an adjective, never as a verb or noun.
• Always use the appropriate trademark symbol (™ or ®) on first and prominent mention.
• Maintain clear spacing and contrast when reproducing the logo per our brand guidelines.
• Do not combine our marks with third-party logos or create derivative works without written permission.

💡 Patents & Technology Innovation

CloudNexus holds multiple patents and pending applications covering our distributed compute orchestration, AI-driven auto-scaling engines, secure multi-tenant virtualization, and edge routing protocols. We actively monitor the industry for potential infringement but prioritize collaboration and licensing over litigation.

Patent Assurance Program: Customers using CloudNexus services for permitted purposes will not be sued for patent infringement by CloudNexus for the duration of their active service agreements. This assurance does not extend to competitive cloud providers or resellers operating outside our ecosystem.
