  • Do not use our logos in domain names, company names, or marketing materials without prior written consent.
  • Modifications to our logos, color schemes, or typography are not permitted.
  • Partners and resellers must follow the official Partner Brand Guidelines available upon request.
Approval Required: For media kits, co-marketing campaigns, or custom branding requests, please contact our brand team at brand@cloudnexus.io.

3. Open Source Software Policy

CloudNexus actively contributes to and relies on open-source technologies. We are committed to compliance with all applicable open-source licenses and encourage ethical community participation.

Contribution Guidelines

  • Contributions to CloudNexus-maintained repositories are accepted under the Contributor License Agreement (CLA).
  • All code must comply with SPDX license identifiers and dependency scanning standards.
  • We use automated SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) generation to track open-source components across our infrastructure.

Our official open-source projects are hosted under the cloudnexus-io organization. License compliance is audited quarterly, and we actively remediate any licensing conflicts identified through our CI/CD pipeline.

4. Patent Information

CloudNexus holds patents and patent applications covering core innovations in cloud orchestration, edge computing optimization, and distributed infrastructure security. Our patent portfolio is designed to protect R&D investments while fostering interoperability in the cloud ecosystem.
