Children's Privacy Policy
Our commitment to protecting the privacy of children who may encounter CloudNexus services.
At CloudNexus, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals, with a particular focus on safeguarding the personal information of children. This Children's Privacy Policy supplements our main Privacy Policy and outlines how we handle information in relation to children.
1 Our Services Are Not Directed to Children
CloudNexus provides cloud infrastructure, hosting, and developer tools designed for business-to-business (B2B) use, individual developers, and adult users. Our services, including our website, dashboards, APIs, and documentation, are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in the European Economic Area).
Important: CloudNexus does not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
2 COPPA Compliance
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable privacy laws. Because our services are not designed for or directed at children, we do not request personal information from children. To use CloudNexus services, users must represent that they are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3 Third-Party Websites & Applications
CloudNexus provides infrastructure that may be used by third parties to host websites, applications, or services that may collect information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a website or application hosted on CloudNexus infrastructure has collected personal information from your child:
- Please contact the website or application owner directly to request deletion of the information.
- You may also report concerns to CloudNexus at privacy@cloudnexus.com, and we will assist where possible within the bounds of our role as an infrastructure provider.
4 Parental Rights and Consent
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to CloudNexus without your consent, please contact us immediately using the information below. We will work with you to address your concerns and delete any information that has been collected in violation of this policy.
5 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Children's Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
