What is CloudNexus?

Which regions are available?

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! New accounts receive $200 in credits valid for 60 days. No credit card is required to start. Credits apply to all compute, storage, and bandwidth usage.

How is billing calculated?

Billing is usage-based and calculated per-second for compute, per-GB for storage, and per-GB for bandwidth. You can set budget alerts, use prepaid credits, or opt for post-paid monthly invoicing. All prices are transparent with no hidden fees.

Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?

Absolutely. CloudNexus operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You can resize instances, delete resources, or cancel your account at any time. Remaining balance or unused credits are prorated or refundable per our policy.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank wire transfers for enterprise accounts. Tax IDs and invoices are available in the billing dashboard.

What OS images are available?

We provide optimized images for Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and Windows Server. Custom images and containerized deployments via Kubernetes are also fully supported.

How does auto-scaling work?

Auto-scaling monitors CPU, memory, and custom metrics. You define scale-up/scale-down policies, and CloudNexus automatically provisions or terminates instances within seconds. It integrates with our load balancers and Kubernetes clusters.

Is GPU compute available?

Yes. We offer NVIDIA A100 and H100 instances optimized for AI/ML workloads, video rendering, and scientific computing. GPU instances include pre-configured drivers and CUDA toolkits.

How does the global CDN work?

CloudNexus CDN caches static and dynamic assets across 300+ edge locations. It uses HTTP/3, Brotli compression, and intelligent cache purging. Origin shielding reduces backend load while ensuring sub-50ms global latency.

Do you provide static IP addresses?

Yes. Every VPS and Load Balancer can be assigned a dedicated static IPv4 address. IPv6 is included by default at no extra cost. IP failover and floating IPs are available for high-availability setups.
