Getting Started

Account setup, onboarding, and first deployment

Creating an account is quick and free. Visit our signup page, enter your email, choose a password, and verify your email address. You'll receive $200 in free credits to explore our platform. No credit card is required for the initial trial.

Our AI-powered auto-scaling monitors CPU, memory, request latency, and custom metrics. It scales your instances up or down within seconds. You set minimum/maximum bounds and scaling policies in the dashboard or via IaC. Scaling events are fully logged and charge only for actual usage seconds.

Yes. Every project gets a .cloudnexus.app subdomain by default. You can add unlimited custom domains via DNS CNAME or A records. We automatically provision and renew Let's Encrypt SSL certificates for all custom domains at no extra cost.

Billing & Pricing

Plans, invoices, credits, and payment methods

CloudNexus uses a pay-as-you-go model for most resources. Compute is billed per-second, storage per GB-month, and bandwidth per GB transferred. Monthly plans include bundled resources with overage at standard rates. You can set budget alerts and hard spending limits in Billing Settings.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Canceling will stop new charges, but your resources remain active until the end of the current period.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms. All prices are in USD; VAT/GST is added where applicable and can be offset with a valid EU VAT number.

SLA, latency, CDN, and monitoring

CloudNexus guarantees 99.999% uptime for compute and network services. If we fail to meet this SLA, you receive service credits proportional to the downtime. Our status page (status.cloudnexus.io) provides real-time visibility into all systems.

Our CDN operates across 300+ edge locations in 50+ countries. Static assets are cached at the edge using intelligent cache-control headers. Purges propagate in under 10 seconds. Dynamic content is routed to the nearest origin via anycast networking for sub-10ms response times.

Yes. Our built-in observability suite includes dashboards for CPU, memory, disk I/O, network throughput, request rates, and error counts. You can set up custom alerts via Slack, PagerDuty, webhooks, or email. All metrics are available via our Metrics API.

Data protection, encryption, and standards

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Encryption keys are managed via AWS KMS or HashiCorp Vault integration. You can bring your own keys (BYOK) on Enterprise plans. Database connections support mutual TLS authentication.
