Program Terms
- Referrals are only eligible if the candidate has not previously applied or been in our talent pipeline within the last 12 months.
- Bonuses are paid out after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.
- Self-referrals or referrals of immediate family members are not eligible.
- CloudNexus reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program with 30 days' notice.
- All standard employment laws and non-solicitation policies apply.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I refer someone who already applied to CloudNexus?
Only if they haven't been in our active recruiting pipeline in the last 12 months. If they're currently being considered, your referral won't qualify for a bonus.
When exactly am I paid?
For standard roles, payment is processed in the payroll cycle immediately following their 90th day. For high-impact roles, 50% is paid on the start date and 50% after 90 days.
Do I need to track the referral myself?
No. Once submitted, our system automatically tracks the candidate's progress. You'll receive email updates at each stage and a confirmation when your reward is approved.
Can I refer external freelancers or contractors?
This program is strictly for full-time employee positions. Contract or freelance referrals are handled through our Vendor Management Portal.
